Shock absorber

In order to accelerate the vibration attenuation of the frame and body and improve the ride comfort of the vehicle, vibration absorbers are installed in the suspension system of most automobiles. Both the shock absorber and the elastic element are installed in parallel.

Hydraulic shock absorbers are widely used in vehicle suspension systems. The principle of the hydraulic shock absorber is that the oil in the shock absorber shell flows repeatedly from one cavity to another through some narrow cavities when the piston moves in the cylinder cylinder when the driver and the bridge move reciprocating relative to each other. At this point, the friction between the hole wall and the oil and the friction between the liquid molecules form a damping force to the vibration, so that the vibration energy of the body and the frame can be converted into heat energy, which is absorbed by the oil and shock absorber shell, and then dispersed into the air. The damping force of the shock absorber increases or decreases with the relative velocity of the frame and the axle, and is related to the viscosity of the oil. Therefore, the viscosity of the oil used in the shock absorber is required to be as little as possible affected by temperature changes: and has the properties of anti-vaporization, anti-oxidation and non-corrosive to various metal and non-metal parts.

According to foreign media reports, sales of light vehicles in the United States last year (2018) were not only higher than those in 2017, but also exceeded analysts' expectations, with a total of 17.3 million vehicles sold. However, analysts and industry observers again said that due to a variety of economic factors, the U.S. light vehicle market will show a downward trend in 2019, but the decline is relatively small.
Many analysts expect U.S. light vehicle sales to range from 16.5 million to 17 million in 2019. J.D. Power expects between 16.9 million and 17 million vehicles, with retail sales of light vehicles between 13.6 million and 13.7 million.
As in 2018, the relative strength of the U.S. economy masked concerns about new car prices and rising interest rates. But in addition to these, there will be other problems in 2019, such as the impact of tariff and tax reform.

Among the top three Japanese car companies, only Toyota did not intentionally rush towards the end of the year. This will leave more foreshadows for the upstream in 2019.
According to Daily Automobile, Toyota's retail sales in China in December 2018 were 123,300, up 14.7% from 107,500 in December 2017.
Toyota's retail sales in China totaled 1,474,500 units in 2018, compared with 1,290,000 units in 2017, an increase of 14.3% last year, which is the sixth consecutive year that Toyota's sales in China have increased year-on-year.
Compared with Nissan and Honda, the other two giants in Japanese auto companies, Toyota showed a double connotation last month: not only were it less than 176,191 Nissan cars in absolute terms of sales, but it was far from 191,907 Honda cars. In terms of year-on-year growth, Nissan fell 4.4%, Honda surged 33.8%, and Toyota's 14.7% was in the middle.

Chongqing Feilong Jiang Li has an independent rubber and plastic workshop, which mainly produces body rubber products, such as bushings, sealing rings and so on. In order to better realize the process and satisfy the design concept, and to ensure the bushing in normal working state more effectively in the process of vehicle assembly, Chongqing Feilong Jiang Li will choose a suitable reference point as the initial zero angle of rubber bushing, which is regarded as the best working state of bushing. In order to keep the best working condition as long as possible, Feilong Jiangli will choose the most common working condition of the whole vehicle as the initial zero angle of the village set. Generally speaking, it is considered that the normal working condition of a car is no-load or half-load, that is to say, the landing state. The corresponding bushing assembly process at this time is called landing tightening technology, that is, tightening the rubber bushing after the vehicle landing. Feilongjiangli's rubber bushing is processed by ingredient, stamping and injection moulding. Each process has strict quality control procedures. The finished bushing is mainly used on Chang'an CS35 and CS75 models.

Hydrogen induced wear: hydrogen is released during the friction due to mechanical and chemical action. Hydrogen diffuses into the deformed layer of metal surface, causing a large number of crack sources in the deformed layer. The generation and development of cracks make the surface material fall off, which is called hydrogen-induced wear. Oxygen may come from material itself or environmental medium, such as lubricating oil and water.

The mechanism of cavitation is surface fatigue damage caused by impact force, but the chemical and electrochemical action of liquid and abrasive inclusion in liquid may accelerate cavitation damage. For example, the cylinder liner cavitation is caused by the action of piston lateral thrust because the combustion pressure in cylinder varies with crankshaft angle. The elastic deformation and high-frequency vibration of bubbles produce great impact force (tens or even tens of thousands of high pressure) and high temperature (hundreds of degrees) at the instant of collapse, and the collapse speed can reach 250m/s.
Feilong jiangli will update analysis of more auto parts failure models.
