Standard Motor Products (SMP) has expanded its turbocharger program with new turbocharger kits for gas and diesel vehicles. These no-core kits support complete repairs on import and domestic vehicles.

Each turbocharger kit includes a 3-year or 36,000-mile warranty.

“We have worked hard to develop all-new, no-core, engine-specific turbo kits that include all of the components required for a complete turbo service,” said John Herc, vice president of vehicle control marketing for SMP. “These kits really save technicians time but more importantly, they help ensure a complete repair and optimize the performance of turbocharged vehicles.”
Expanded Turbocharger Program Includes More Components
SMP’s turbocharger program now features bypass valves, coolant lines, gasket sets and hoses. It also includes intercoolers, MAP sensors, oil drain tubes and oil lines. Other additions are oil line filters, pressure sensors, solenoids and speed sensors. The program now covers turbocharger actuators and wastegate actuators as well. SMP introduced intercoolers for 2019-21 Ford Ranger models.
New coolant lines now fit nearly four million Ford vehicles. SMP added oil drain tubes for Audi, Volkswagen, Ford and Dodge applications. MAP sensors are available for the 2019-23 Jeep Renegade and 2021-25 Ford Bronco Sport.
