Does any one know exactly what this part is?!

Looks like a fuse or relay cover mounted on the driver's side under the hood by the strut mount. Can you take a wider photo and see if that's a plastic cover that comes off? What are you looking to replace?

I typed in the numbers found on it, and looks to me like it might be a  Daytime Running Light Module , not exactly sure what it is, but has to do with running lights i guess :D

I think this is a Relay which is used for power the electronic system installed in your car, it could either be off your car headlights or any other electronic part, It would be best to ask your mechanic regarding the part.

I have a 2018 rogue with 48500 miles on it. The engine light code is showing maf sensor. I cleaned it and engine runs when I disconnect the top clamp so I know I need a replacement. Has anyone ever tried an maf sensor from ebay or made in china? Just weighing out my options here. Also, is it normal for my car to already need a new sensor being a 2018 model??

According to the NDRC, Dongfeng Nissan will build a new energy vehicle power battery project to form an annual capacity of 600,000 e-POWER batteries. E-POWER is a new energy technology unique to Nissan, which uses on-board gasoline engine to generate electricity, but uses pure electric drive. Nissan calls the e-POWER powered vehicle "pure electric vehicle", but this type of vehicle can only refuel, can not be charged outside. After entering China, the technology is expected to be applied in Dongfeng Nissan's entry-level vehicles in advance.
Nissan e-POWER power system features that wheels are powered directly by motors. In traditional hybrid power systems, when the battery power is low (or in the process of high-speed driving), low-power motors need to work with the engine to provide power for the wheels. In Nissan e-POWER power system, the engine is no longer connected to the wheel, it only plays the role of battery charging. At the same time, unlike pure electric vehicles, the energy source in the e-POWER power system is the engine, not the battery.

    • OEM vs. Aftermarket Parts for Your Car: How to Choose
When selecting parts for a car repair, it pays to know the differences between original and aftermarket parts. Whenever possible, get estimates for both.

Choosing between original and aftermarket car parts — and even used parts of either type — is all about squaring your priorities with your budget.

You’ll have different options depending on the part and the shop. And the best choice will depend on whether you’re trying to keep repairs cheap, restore your car’s appearance after a wreck or soup up your ride.

Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts match those that came with your car, and are of the same quality as its original parts. They’re also the most expensive.

    • Replacement Intervals For Oil And Air Filters In Today’s Vehicles
The factory-recommended replacement intervals for filters can vary quite a bit depending on the year, make and model of the vehicle, as well as how it is driven. As a rule, older vehicles (those more than 15 to 20 years old) typically have more frequent service intervals than newer vehicles. Why? Because late-model vehicles require less maintenance, thanks to improvements in motor oils, transmission fluids, engine design and filter media.

Many long-life air and oil filters use synthetic fiber media or a blend of cellulose and synthetic fibers to extend filter life.

Changing the oil and filter every 3,000 miles was standard practice decades ago. But it’s no longer necessary because most multi-viscosity oils today are a synthetic blend or a full synthetic that resist viscosity breakdown and oxidation for a much longer period of time. Late-model fuel-injected engines also run much cleaner than their carbureted ancestors, which reduces oil contamination in the crankcase.
