HELLA announced it is expanding its thermal management portfolio in the independent aftermarket by an additional 1,500 items. Following the introduction of an initial range of around 900 replacement parts last year, HELLA now offers a lineup for passenger cars, light commercial vehicles and commercial vehicles, comprising a total of 2,400 items. In addition to expanding existing product groups,

Our goal is to offer our customers a first-class range with the highest market coverage, distinguished by quality, innovation and high availability by the end of 2027. Therefore, we plan to more than double our thermal portfolio to around 6,000 parts by then,” said Dr. Marcel Wiedmann, head of aftermarket at HELLA.
Know-how from original equipment for the independent aftermarket
HELLA said it draws on its many years of OE expertise in thermal management to gradually transfer solutions—such as the Coolant Control Hub (CCH)—from the automotive business into the independent aftermarket. The new thermal management product range is reinforced by the Electrical & Electronic portfolio in thermal management, which includes coolant thermostats, temperature sensors and air quality sensors.
“Thanks to this combination, independent workshops and parts wholesalers benefit from extensive and in-depth system understanding that already anticipates the technologies of tomorrow,” Wiedmann said.
Quality standards, Easy2Fit, and delivery options
HELLA said its Easy2Fit concept ensures that necessary accessory parts are always included to ensure fit and easy installation. In addition, the company said it offers flexible delivery options such as in-night, overnight and next-day delivery, ensuring quick response times and stable product availability.
Technical support and training programs
With HELLA Tech World, the company provides an online platform that supports workshops with expert knowledge about modern cooling systems. Complemented by the diagnostic expertise of Hella Gutmann Solutions, this offering enables targeted fault analysis.
Starting in 2026,

Daniel Hemric accomplished his mission on Saturday afternoon at New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) by advancing to the second round of the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Trucks Series (NCTS) playoffs with a 12th-place finish. The driver of the No. 19 Gates Hydraulics Chevrolet Silverado RST recovered from being involved in an incident on lap 33 to rejoin the top-10 and ultimately finish in the top-15. He will begin the second round third in the NCTS playoff standings.
Hemric qualified 13th in the long autumn shadows on Friday evening and started Saturday afternoon with significant speed. After the race was immediately slowed by a yellow on the opening lap, Hemric went from 10th to eighth on the lap-six restart. As the next 28 laps unfolded, Hemric’s pace became increasingly elite versus the field. However, on lap 33, two significantly slower lapped trucks wrecked beside Hemric and forced him to make an evasive maneuver which caused him to contact the outside wall in Turn 1. Crew chief Kevin Bellicourt and the Gates Hydraulics team made ample repairs to the right side to keep Hemric on the lead lap. He closed out Stage 1 running in 16th position on lap 55.
The pit stop to repair damage midway through the opening segment allowed Hemric to stay on track while several lead lap trucks pitted during the stage caution. He inherited the eighth position for the restart on lap 61 and ran as high as sixth during Stage 2. While Hemric’s balance began free, it swung too tight by lap 98. A caution on lap 101 pulled most lead lap trucks to pit road, including the No. 19 team. Hemric restarted eighth on lap 108 and maintained that position to record three points at Stage 2’s conclusion on lap 110.
Hemric returned to pit road for fuel during the second stage caution amid concerns to ensure he could reach the finish. After restarting in 19th, damage from the early incident began to cause the right front splitter to gradually erode and lose downforce. He pitted again during the final caution at lap 133 for another set of fresh tires and adjustments. The call paid off as Hemric drove from 21st to 12th over the last 23-lap run to clinch his spot in the Round of 8.
“Honestly, as hard as I hit the wall, I can’t believe we were able to keep going,” Hemric said. “Unfortunate, but proud of the resilience of this group. As I said on the radio, anything that’s worth having is not easy. It was good to build some more character here today and lock this Gates Hydraulics Silverado RST into the next round.”
Start / Finish: 13 / 12
Points Standing / Total: 3rd / +1 above cutline
Next Race: Friday, Oct. 3, Charlotte Motor Speedway Road Course

HELLA Aftermarket is further expanding its offering in brake systems. HELLA now offers sets of brake pads and brake discs for the independent aftermarket for the first time.
“Our goal is to offer our customers the right solution for almost every vehicle model at all times – in the usual high HELLA quality and with the greatest possible availability,” said Dr. Marcel Wiedmann, head of independent aftermarket at HELLA. “In this way, we support wholesalers and workshops in working even more efficiently and successfully.”
Expanded Range of Brake Calipers and Discs
link hidden, please login to view said it will expand its NEWMAN portfolio of new and deposit-free brake calipers from 350 to 500 article numbers. The company also expanded its brake disc offering by adding around 50 new article numbers. The expanded line includes conventional and two-piece brake discs. HELLA supplements the portfolio with one-piece, cost-optimized brake discs for BMW and Mercedes-Benz models originally equipped with two-piece discs. Unlike the two-piece versions with an aluminum hat, these one-piece discs use grey cast material.
HELLA Introduces Brake Bundles
For the first time, HELLA offers practical brake bundles of pads and discs for high-demand models. Popular applications include the VW Golf, BMW 3 Series and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.
“With the targeted expansion of our brake range, we are achieving almost complete market coverage and offering our customers even more choice and availability,” said Wiedmann.
Coverage Across Vehicle Segments
HELLA said it offers nearly 99 percent coverage for brake pads and discs and over 85 percent coverage for brake hydraulics. The company added that it also covers more than 90 percent of brake pads for electric and hybrid models.
