Parts Authority, one of the largest distributors of automotive and truck parts to the aftermarket auto parts industry throughout the United States, has acquired Total Automotive Warehouse. The transaction closed Dec. 6, 2019.

Total Automotive based in Yonkers, New York, has been in business for more than 25 years. Like Parts Authority, Total Automotive shares the same principles and strategies, to provide customers excellent service, said Randy Buller, president and CEO of Parts Authority.

“Jerry and Billy have done a terrific job with this business over the years” said Buller. “Acquiring Total Automotive was the perfect opportunity to expand our footprint in the Westchester county,” he added. “We are excited for this partnership and welcome our new team members to the Parts Authority family.”

Headquartered in Lake Success, New York, Parts Authority has more than 150 locations across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Ohio, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Arizona, California and the Pacific Northwest. Over the past several years Parts Authority has acquired more than a dozen companies as part of its geographical expansion initiative.
