TCED Announces Acquisition of Total Battery in Ontario

“Joining forces with Total Battery will allow us to accelerate our mission: to make sustainable energy accessible, reliable and innovative for all. We are excited to welcome their teams and customers into our extended family,” said Élise Rozon, CEO of TCED.

Market Impact

The acquisition brings six Ontario-based stores under TCED’s network, providing access to a wider range of battery, solar and energy storage products. While TCED will maintain Total Battery’s current operations, a thorough evaluation will be conducted to identify opportunities for improvement, the company said.
