announces the release of 868 new part numbers that are exclusive to its North American product portfolio. This release features A/C service kits, compressors and other components.

Nissens also introduces hose assemblies to its growing product lineup. The expansion mainly targets increased coverage of Asian vehicle A/C parts.

Nissens said it demonstrates commitment to growing its North American aftermarket product portfolio.

A/C Service Kits Cover 58 Million Vehicles

Nissens added 98 A/C system service kits to its expanding program. They provide coverage for over 58 million vehicles.

Each kit includes vehicle-specific compressor oil and a measuring cup. They also contain an accumulator or receiver drier, and an orifice tube or expansion valve. Kits include all required O-rings, seals, gaskets, caps and valve cores. They support complete and efficient A/C system servicing, according to Nissens.

introduced 173 new A/C compressor part numbers. These additions expand coverage to more than 46 million vehicles.

Nissens also added 128 new A/C evaporator cores. These new cores support over 104 million import vehicles.

HVAC and Cooling Components Expanded

Nissens expanded its HVAC blower motor assembly program with 121 new numbers. This program now covers 119 million vehicles.

Nissens also expanded other key product categories. These include condenser fan assemblies and expansion valves.

Other additions include receiver driers and radiator/condenser fan assemblies.

Nissens also grew its engine cooling fan assemblies and water pump lines. The company added engine cooling fan clutches, as well.

New Hose Assemblies for Asian Vehicle A/C Parts

Nissens launched a new line of A/C system hose assemblies. These include refrigerant discharge, liquid, and suction Hoses. They also include suction and liquid line hose assemblies. This initial launch includes 100 part numbers.

These hoses cover 77 million vehicles, including Honda, Toyota, Lexus, and Infiniti. Nissens uses a double-wall barrier for every hose. All hoses work with all types of automotive refrigerants.

Nissens said it tests and inspects every hose to ensure leak-free performance. Each hose includes O-rings, seals, valve cores, and caps for installation. These additions significantly strengthen Nissens’ offering of Asian vehicle A/C parts, the company said.

Strategic Growth in Asian Vehicle Coverage

Jeff Hansen, president of Nissens North America, said, “We are proud to expand our North American product offering by nearly 900 numbers, strategically adding to key categories with a focus on popular Asian vehicles. This expansion significantly broadens our coverage in existing categories and further expands our programs with the launch of A/C hose assemblies.”
