New Timing Chain Kits Boost Dayco Product Portfolio

Dayco continues to grow its timing chain kit offerings in response to OE trends shifting from belts to chains. The eight new part numbers support 11.6 million VIO. These are part of a broader plan to launch 60 new timing chain kits in 2025.

The company said each timing chain kit includes chains designed not to stretch throughout the product’s life. Precision-engineered components ensure reliable, long-term performance. Dayco backs the kits with a 2-year, 60,000-mile parts and labor warranty—an industry-leading standard.

Heavy-Duty Tensioners Support Paccar Applications

Dayco recently introduced three heavy-duty tensioner part numbers. These tensioners support Paccar MX11 and MX13 engines. They help reduce belt noise and improve engine performance in harsh conditions.

These new parts cover over 200,000 Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks. The tensioners provide heavy-duty reliability that meets the demands of fleet and commercial operators.

Light-Duty Tensioners for Broad VIO Coverage

Six new light-duty tensioners extend Dayco’s product reach to more than 11 million VIO. These parts fit models from Stellantis, Jeep, Ram, Buick, Lexus, Toyota, Honda, and other brands.

According to Dayco, the tensioners perform better and last longer than OE parts. Built to endure extreme conditions, they also support quieter engine performance.

Hoses Enhance the Dayco Product Portfolio

Dayco now offers 13 new hoses—11 branched radiator hoses and 2 molded heater hoses. These parts serve a combined 5.8 million VIO.

All hoses are OE-fit replacements and require no cutting. They meet or exceed OE and SAE standards. Spiral reinforcement gives them excellent burst strength and heat resistance, Dayco said.

The hoses also resist oil, mud, salt, ozone, and other environmental factors. Dayco engineers each hose to handle wide temperature variations.
