HELLA announced it is expanding its thermal management portfolio in the independent aftermarket by an additional 1,500 items. Following the introduction of an initial range of around 900 replacement parts last year, HELLA now offers a lineup for passenger cars, light commercial vehicles and commercial vehicles, comprising a total of 2,400 items. In addition to expanding existing product groups,
link hidden, please login to view is launching 11 new product categories, including fan clutches for engine cooling, oil coolers, coolant expansion tanks and expansion valves. “With the expansion of our thermal management range, we are reaching another milestone on our path to becoming one of the leading providers in thermal management once again. Our goal is to offer our customers a first-class range with the highest market coverage, distinguished by quality, innovation and high availability by the end of 2027. Therefore, we plan to more than double our thermal portfolio to around 6,000 parts by then,” said Dr. Marcel Wiedmann, head of aftermarket at HELLA.
Know-how from original equipment for the independent aftermarket
HELLA said it draws on its many years of OE expertise in thermal management to gradually transfer solutions—such as the Coolant Control Hub (CCH)—from the automotive business into the independent aftermarket. The new thermal management product range is reinforced by the Electrical & Electronic portfolio in thermal management, which includes coolant thermostats, temperature sensors and air quality sensors.
“Thanks to this combination, independent workshops and parts wholesalers benefit from extensive and in-depth system understanding that already anticipates the technologies of tomorrow,” Wiedmann said.
Quality standards, Easy2Fit, and delivery options
HELLA said its Easy2Fit concept ensures that necessary accessory parts are always included to ensure fit and easy installation. In addition, the company said it offers flexible delivery options such as in-night, overnight and next-day delivery, ensuring quick response times and stable product availability.
      Technical support and training programs
With HELLA Tech World, the company provides an online platform that supports workshops with expert knowledge about modern cooling systems. Complemented by the diagnostic expertise of Hella Gutmann Solutions, this offering enables targeted fault analysis.
      Starting in 2026,

Schaeffler presented its e-mobility product range at the CTI Symposium in Berlin on Dec. 2-3. The company’s offerings include components, modules, systems and software for various powertrain configurations with electrification components. This modular product range consists of mechanical, electronic, and mechatronic components, including the fully-electric axle drive EMR4.
      Market Impact
Schaeffler’s new range extender module for range extender electric vehicles (REEVs) was a key exhibit, catering to the growing demand in China and the U.S. This compact module integrates easily, covering all power generation requirements for REEVs, the company said.
Thomas Stierle, CEO E-Mobility at Schaeffler AG, said, “Thanks to its product range and innovative strength, Schaeffler is carving out a defining role in the e-mobility segment, because we really do cover everything, from mechanical components, modules and complete systems to solutions for modern vehicle electrical architectures with centralized software for the software-defined vehicle.”
      Product Development
The CTI Symposium showcased Schaeffler’s solutions for vehicle topographies with electrification components, encompassing battery-electric vehicles (BEVs) and hybrids.
Schaeffler is also focusing on thermal management with PFAS-free refrigerants like propane and CO2, and the VoltShield-P insulation bearing to prevent electric motor damage from high-frequency currents.
      Innovative Hardware and Software
Schaeffler provides application software and hardware like zone controllers and the High Performance Master Control Unit (HP MCU) for software-defined vehicles. The HP MCU, with the Aurix T4x micro-controller family and S32 SoC, serves as a central integration platform for powertrain functions.
      Distribution Strategy
The compact range extender module, delivering up to 300 kW of continuous charging power, offers significant growth potential. Available for 400V or 800V architectures, it enhances REEV capabilities for long and short journeys. This technology supports towing capacities in pickups and addresses the popularity of REEVs in China and the U.S. The module’s compact design allows integration of an internal combustion engine and generator unit in electric vehicles, meeting diverse market needs.
Schaeffler said it continues to expand its e-mobility solutions with innovative hardware and software developments, addressing global market demands and advancing electric vehicle capabilities.

link hidden, please login to view is responding to a market need for high-quality window regulators for older vehicles, offering an extensive range through its Lemförder brand. Many vehicle owners face challenges in finding suitable replacement parts as automakers typically do not supply spare parts for older models, particularly window regulators. Lemförder Window Regulators Deliver OE Level Compatibility
ZF Aftermarket and its Lemförder brand now offer more than 1,600 part numbers for cars, commercial vehicles and buses. These spare parts follow original equipment specifications and support easy installation for workshops, the company said. The range includes many types of window regulators, such as manual and electric drive systems. It also includes Bowden, dual Bowden, scissor or cable mechanism options. Standard or comfort electrics remain available, as well. Motors with two or four pins also support vehicle specific needs.
The Lemförder window regulator range appears in TecDoc and the ZF Aftermarket Online Catalog. This access helps customers identify the correct parts. Each window regulator includes installation instructions. Sturdy cardboard packaging protects the components during transport.
Support for Workshops and Older Vehicles
This product range allows workshops to repair almost every vehicle in the European market to OE quality standards. The spare parts appear in many workshops today, and ZF Aftermarket plans additional expansion of the line in the coming months.
By meeting this critical market demand, ZF said it helps older vehicles maintain safety and comfort standards. The company added it supports workshops with reliable and compatible parts.
