  1. Great post — thanks for sharing these insights! I completely agree that blower motor issues are often ignored until it’s too late. In our fleet of delivery trucks, we’ve seen several cases where intermittent blower operation was the first warning sign, but drivers usually dismissed it as “just a loose wire.” Later, the motors failed completely during summer runs — not fun for anyone driving 8–10 hours a day. We also learned that dust and debris buildup inside the housing is a big factor, especially in vehicles operating in construction or dusty urban routes. Cleaning or replacing cabin filters more frequently really helps extend the blower motor’s life. One thing I’d add — when replacing the motor, always check the resistor and wiring harness at the same time. A new motor can burn out quickly if the resistor is already damaged or there’s a voltage drop in the circuit. Thanks again for posting this. It’s great to see more attention on preventive HVAC maintenance in commercial vehicles — it saves a lot of downtime and keeps drivers much happier
  2. Very useful tips. Many people forget to check small things like the battery, coolant, and drainage, but these can cause big problems later. Regular maintenance and keeping air flow free inside the van is very important for food and medicine transport.
