Distribution Strategy
Founded by Joe and Cheryl Bray, Quality Parts Warehouse has been a staple in the automotive industry since its establishment in 1991. Originally a small jobber store, QPW focused on serving professional installers, expanding to its current warehouse in 1997. Under Joe Bray’s leadership, with experience in the automotive industry dating back to the 1970s, the company has grown to meet increasing customer demands.
“I chose to sell to Driven Distribution Group because I felt completely comfortable with everyone I met throughout the process,” said Joe Bray, former owner of Quality Parts Warehouse.
Future Operations

NPW Companies recently wrapped up its 2025 Alaskan Customer Incentive Cruise – a journey that was one for the record books, according to the company.
The weeklong adventure, sponsored by valued vendor partners including ARP, Bosch, Dorman, DRiV, East Penn/Deka, Gates, MAHLE, MPA, NGK, SKF, Standard Motor Products, Valvoline, and WIX, brought together over 110 attendees, including customers, vendor partners, and NPW team members, the company said.
Departing from Seattle aboard the Celebrity Edge, the group sailed north on a more intimate cruise ship that fostered even greater opportunities to connect and collaborate. The itinerary included Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway and Victoria, each offering breathtaking scenery, unique cultural experiences and unforgettable excursions. Attendees enjoyed both dedicated time for relationship-building and the freedom to explore with their families and travel companions.
