Bailey’s technical expertise and early involvement in the postwar diesel service industry — including his participation in the first meeting of the Association of Diesel Specialists (ADS) in 1956 — helped shape the company’s trajectory and the industry at large.
In 2019, Diesel USA Group was acquired by JASPER Holdings Inc., parent company of Jasper Engines & Transmissions. The company continues to operate as an independent brand within JASPER’s ESOP structure while retaining the leadership team that has guided its long-term growth.

Customer Base and U.S. Locations
Diesel USA Group serves a diverse customer base across industries that rely on gas and diesel engine systems. Its market reach extends nationwide through locations in Louisville, Kentucky; Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio; Indianapolis, Fort Wayne and Crown Point, Indiana; and Fontana, California.
These facilities enable the company to deliver products and technical expertise to commercial fleets, consumer diesel drivers and equipment owners.

In this role, Cox will lead NMG’s end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations, reporting directly to President Scott Weinstein. Cox brings more than 35 years of experience across retail and wholesale merchandising, inventory management and operations. He has a strong record of building scalable, high-performing supply chain organizations in complex and fast-growing environments, NMG said.
Most recently, Cox served as vice president of supply chain & inventory management at M&D Distributors. He oversaw purchasing, inventory, category management, vendor strategy, and acquisition integrations across a multi-hub distribution network.
XL Parts / The Parts House Leadership Roles
Prior to M&D, he spent more than a decade with XL Parts / The Parts House in progressively senior leadership roles, including vice president of supply chain and vice president of inventory management. During his tenure, Cox played a key role in doubling the size of the business through acquisitions, building category management capabilities, improving service levels, driving margin expansion, and professionalizing purchasing and inventory processes across hundreds of locations.

In his new role, Yelowitz will focus on building customer relationship and new business development with the automotive aftermarket program buying groups and working with their member WDs, helping strengthen PDX’s continued mission of delivering fast, dependable delivery service for automotive parts distribution across the U.S., the company said.
Yelowitz brings 52 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket parts distribution business to his new role, and is well versed in delivery logistics and transportation, PDX said. He has a strong background in the automotive aftermarket, supporting jobbers and WDs as well as dealer networks, OEM partners and aftermarket supply chain operations.
Most recently, he was new business development manager at GPC/NAPA Auto Parts. He also was CFO of POJA Warehouse LP, and president and CEO of Crest Auto Stores in Philadelphia, where he was known for his commitment to service, reliability and operational and financial excellence, PDX said. Effective January 12, 2026, Travis Springsteen joined Auto-Wares as chief executive officer, while Todd Leimenstoll will transition from president and CEO to executive chairman. As CEO, Springsteen will have full responsibility for day-to-day operations, performance and execution. The transition does not represent a change in ownership, strategy or culture. Auto-Wares’ leadership team remains in place, and the company said it will continue executing its re-envisioning plan focused on operational excellence, customer service and long-term growth.
