  1. That’s just wrong…… buyer beware …. That shows Rockauto’s suppliers can sell junk and poor quality sh#t…. And they don’t care.
  2. Here's my story.....I ordered a front wheel bearing for my 2007 Mini Cooper S and installed the part. For some reason I kept my old bearing and the original box the new one came in (glad I did). You have 30 days to return it if its the wrong part or defective. After that it falls on the manufacturer's warranty ( in this case it was 12 months from the received date.) I actually ordered a second one thinking I should replace both.....so I ordered the exact same thing again. The part showed up ... the box had the right part number but what was inside was some other part???? So I sent that back and didn't order another one. I don't drive the car in the winter and so it had low miles on the first new bearing but the bearing didn't last and was worn out in less than 12 months (poor quality I guess or just defective). I was able to send it back to rock auto for a warranty replacement I just had to pay the shipping.... ah ok.... I installed the new one and in a couple of long road trips it was grinding already. I assumed I had 12 months from when I received the new replacement. WRONG ..... the warranty is only good for 12 months from when you received the original one??? What !!!! They would not replace the second defective wheel bearing.... SOL..... BEWARE .... small light car ...how could that hurt a wheel bearing???? it must be poor quality parts .... and will not back you up .... never shopping with them again.
