I found some on ebay for a 2003-07 Lincoln Navigator that look exactly like them. I haven't put them in yet. I'll post pics if they work.

These tail lights are on my 2006 Monaco Executive Motorhome. Evidently the now bankrupt Monaco bought left over parts from different car manufacturers to complete these motorhomes. I have spent hours online and cannot find anything like them. As you can see they look awful and need to be replaced. The fasteners on the one I took off are gone. Any help identifying them would be awesome. Thanks.
